🌟 Orritor Primary School & Nursery Units Present: The ‘Excellent 8’ Initiative 🌟
We are thrilled to unveil our newly enhanced ‘Excellent 8’ program—an inspiring initiative designed to nurture responsibility, personal growth, and character development across our eight vibrant classes, from Nursery to Primary 7.
This term, we’ve updated our weekly Responsibility Targets to reflect the Six Core Values that define our school community:
- Resilience
- Happiness
- Respectful
- Trust
- Self-Worth
- Compassion
Each week, pupils will be encouraged to embrace one of these values through a carefully crafted target that promotes independence, active listening, empathy, and a commitment to doing their best.
🎉 Weekly Celebration
Every Friday, one pupil from each class who has truly embodied the weekly value will be recognised and celebrated. This moment of recognition not only honours their achievement but also inspires their classmates to follow in their footsteps.
💡 Why ‘Excellent 8’?
The name reflects our eight amazing classes and our belief that excellence is achieved when we live out our values every day. Through this initiative, we aim to build a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and develop essential life skills.
