P3 have been learning, drawing and researching local garden birds to produce bird reports. They have been thinking about how we can care for birds in Winter and early Spring by making bird cake! They know about the importance of bird nests and the materials used to make them.
They created very impressive bird hides to use as areas to birdwatch and have recorded how many birds they spotted around the school grounds. They also used great creativity to make birds and bird houses from Lego, DUPLO and K’Nex.
