Tri County Boys' Football

Well done to our boys’ football team, who represented the school superbly at the Tri‑County Tournament today at Coagh United Football Club. The boys have had an outstanding footballing year, already claiming success earlier this year by winning the Indoor Tri‑County Tournament, and they continued that excellent form once again today.

Throughout the day, the team played with great skill, determination and teamwork, producing some brilliant passages of play and scoring a number of fantastic goals. Their effort and commitment were rewarded with two well‑earned wins, three hard‑fought draws, and only one narrow defeat from a very competitive field — a tremendous achievement.

More importantly, the boys conducted themselves with fantastic sportsmanship and pride, clearly representing the school values both on and off the pitch. We are incredibly proud of every player for their attitude, effort and togetherness throughout the tournament.

A sincere thank you to Mr Millington for giving his time, enthusiasm and expertise in coaching the boys and for accompanying them to the tournament. His support continues to make a real difference to the pupils’ sporting experiences.

Well done, boys — a truly excellent performance and one to be very proud of.
