Today in Cookery Club we were making our very own tomato bruschettas and fruity tomato salsa. Again the girls and boys put their cutting skills to the test by chopping up the tomatoes for the 2 dishes. The salsa was quite a hit with everyone, using the key ingredients to any salsa of lemon juice and salt. Another great day at Cookery club. Well done everyone 🧑🍳
