This week the Cookery Club were making Rocky Roads and what an amazing job they all did. We started off crushing the biscuits, added some mallows and raisins and then melted the chocolate, butter and syrup. This liquid mixture was then added to the biscuit mixture, stirred really well and then transferred to the lined baking trays. Although we didn’t get a chance to sample them, the spoons were getting a great clean from some little cooks. Well done everyone, you definitely smashed this recipe⭐️
