April brought not one but two fun play dates with our friends from St Mary’s.
After our Easter break we went to An Creagán. Despite the rain we had a fab time. We were on a mission to hear and find Curlew and Cuckoo birds. 🐦 We also found interesting plants in the bog such as reindeer lichen and sundew. 🌼
We found frogspawn and learned all about dandelions as well as creating some beautiful art work. 🖼️
For our second play date, Relax Kids came to St Mary’s. We learned all about the seven steps of relaxation - Move, Play, Stretching, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax. We enjoyed playing in the sunshine and having lunch with our friends. Mrs Crossley taught us “You’ve Got a Friend” using makaton.
We can’t wait for our next play date.
