P7 Leavers' Ceremony
Today was a truly special day in Orritor Primary School as we said goodbye to our wonderful Primary 7 pupils.
Well done to all of our pupils who performed and presented so confidently throughout the day — you did yourselves and our school incredibly proud.
A sincere thank you to Mrs Black for her dedication in helping the children prepare, as well as for her guidance and support throughout the past year. Thank you also to Miss Driscoll for her valued support.
We are grateful to all the parents and family members who came along and played such an important part in making the day so special. Your presence meant a great deal to the children.
A special word of thanks to all the pupils from Primary 1 to Primary 6, and to all our staff, for creating such wonderful guards of honour — welcoming parents into the school and giving our Primary 7 pupils such a memorable send-off.
Thank you also to Margaret Hill for leading the children out with the bagpipes — a truly fitting and memorable way to end such an emotional and proud occasion.
It was fantastic to see parents back into the hall afterwards for a cup of tea and a chat — a lovely way to round off a very special day.
A proud day in Orritor Primary School.
