Gymnastics in Primary 5

Our gymnastics lessons focus was on developing pupil’s strength, balance, flexibility and confidence through structured fun activities.The children  learnt a range of key skills including rolls, balances, jumps and simple sequences. This block of activities was enjoyed by all - it encouraged us to be creative, to challenge ourselves and refine our control and coordination using safe practice.
