This morning Rev Rodney came to assembly and talked to us about the meaning of the Shrove Tuesday but before doing so he set a challenge to see if the teachers could flip pancakes faster than the pupils. Mrs Jeffers and Mr Cheevers rose to this challenge showing excellent skill andMillie and Thomas certainly did not let the pupil side down either.
This was followed by a short talk from Mr Millington who reminded us all of the fun we can have on the internet but he also highlighted the dangers. During the week P.6 were creating their own profile to use on the gaming scene. We were given the task of guessing who 10 of the profiles belonged to from the pictures they had created. They certainly did a fabulous job as we did make few wrong guesses along the way. Thank you to Mr Millington and P.6 for sharing the very important message of safety on the internet.
