Book Fair Dear Parent/Guardian, just a reminder that we will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair from Monday 13th May to Friday 17th May in Orritor Primary School. This is your opportunity to visit our school and purchase some books and stationery for your children. Explorations with ice

Last week when it was cold the Nursery children had fun exploring with ice.

  • We made an icy habitat for the animals that like cold weather. 
  • We explored how to melt ice in the water tray.
  • We investigated how to free the vehicles that were trapped in the ice. We used salt and warm water to melt the ice.
  • We did lots of counting activities with ice cubes.
