Dear Parent/Guardian,
Please see the information below regarding arrangements for the Edinburgh Trip:
Departure
- The bus will leave Orritor Primary School at 5:15 AM sharp. Pupils need to be at school by 4:55 AM to ensure that cases are loaded onto the bus.
What Your Child Will Need
- Luggage: Including clothes for 4 days, pyjamas, toiletries, and comfortable shoes. The weather is expected to be nice over the 4 days, so pack accordingly.
- Money: It is advisable to put some money in your child’s luggage and let them carry some in their rucksack.
- Phones: If your child is bringing a phone, they will give it to staff on Tuesday morning once they are on the bus.
- Rucksack: A small rucksack can be brought with the following items:
- Coat
- Money
- Hat
- Sunglasses
- Notepad and Pen/Novel
- Suncream
- Packed Lunch and Drink
- Please ensure your child wears their red Orritor Primary School Hoodie on the morning of the trip to help us identify them on the boat.
- Ensure your child has a packed lunch in a disposable container/bag.
- Do not bring valuable items or electronics on the trip.
- Any medication your child needs must be given to Mr. Cheevers on Tuesday morning.
- Remember, the bus will LEAVE AT 5:15 AM on Tuesday morning.
