Edinburgh - Day 2

What a great second day we had in Edinburgh.

The children were up and ready early this morning, excited by the adventure that lay ahead of them. They were well fuelled by a lovely breakfast from the hotel.

Off we set for Edinburgh Castle and when we arrived the sun was shinning. The children had a lovely walk around the castle and enjoyed looking at all the sites and different buildings.

After this we walked to Edinburgh Museum, stopping to meet Greyfriars Bobby and see the school used by JK Rowling for Hogwarts, before having a delicious lunch on the steps of the museum.

The children then spent some time in the museum looking at the amazing exhibitions.

We finished the day with some bowling and a delicious dinner back at the hotel.
