Covid19 Update

Currently P2 and P7 are self isolating at home. They should not leave the house for the stipulated period, as per PHA guidelines, but if no-one in the house is experiencing symptoms then other members of the household can carry on their normal activities. They are due back on Monday 19th October.

Can I assure the school community that we are following PHA guidelines regarding this outbreak to enable your children to come to a safe environment, in what is a difficult time for everyone.

I would ask parents to respect this, and refrain from the scaremongering that we are aware of, which may be going about through any WhatsApp group or at the school gate. We deal with facts to combat this virus, and speculation and rumour is not helpful, and in fact causes stress to other parents.
