Primary Two tech wizards took on an exciting challenge using ScratchJr.
They created an engaging game inspired by the story of ‘The Three Little Pigs’. Following a detailed set of instructions, P2 created their own settings and characters. After that, they began to code basic movements to bring their game to life.
Not only did they show great determination when they faced challenges in learning a new skill, but they also developed their logical thinking and problem-solving abilities when things didn’t always go to plan. We know what technology can be like!
In the game, P2 coded the Big Bad Wolf to move up and down to catch the Little Pig, whilst the Little Pig moved across the screen to avoid getting caught.
Once their games were completed, P2 eagerly shared and played their creations together.
Well done P2 for embracing the world of coding with such enthusiasm!
