Being Well Doing Well – Parent/Guardian Questionnaire

Dear Parent/Guardian, 

We are taking part in the Being Well Doing Well programme, developed by the Education Authority as part of the Children & Young People’s Emotional Health & Wellbeing in Education Framework. This initiative supports a whole school approach to emotional health and wellbeing, aiming to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.

The programme also focuses on developing a culture of safety and support for the entire school community, including pupils, staff, parents, and governors. It is an important part of our School Development Plan, helping us to strengthen wellbeing across all areas of school life.

As part of this initiative, we are inviting parents and guardians to complete a short questionnaire. It contains 12 questions, with response options: Yes, No, or Don't Know. The final question invites a brief written response.

We kindly ask that these be completed before half term – Friday, 24th October.
