A very egg-citing Easter week in Nursery 🐣 - Nursery Stay and Plays.

The Nursery had a lovely last week before our Easter Holidays. We had lots of fun exploring and investigating outside in the lovely spring weather.

We made transient art Easter Eggs - decorating these on the light box and with natural resources.

We thought about patterns with our Easter eggs. We moved these using the tongs and placed them in patterns. We also thought about what would fit - placing the pom-poms in our eggs.

We enjoyed making music with our egg shakers. We thought about the different sounds and speeds we could make with our eggs. 

We had an interest in length and height, the children enjoyed using the measuring tapes and thinking about what things were longer and higher.

The highlight of the week was our Stay and Play sessions. The Nursery children all welcomed a grown up to Nursery to stay and play with them. It was lovely to have all the big people in Nursery and we can't wait to welcome you back. We hope you had as much fun as we did! Have a lovely Easter break Nursery superstars. We will see you soon!
