Arrangements for Performances

12th Dec 2023

We are looking forward to seeing you all for our performances on Wednesday of this week.  Performances will take place on Wednesday morning at 10am and Wednesday evening at 6:30pm.  Please remember, all pupils from P1-7 are involved in both performances and should attend both.

Tickets

Tickets for the evening performance are now all sold; there are, however, still some available for the morning performance.

Times

On Wednesday morning, the doors to school will open at 9:30am; parents/guardians will not be permitted into school before this time as staff will be organising pupils etc.  For the evening performance, doors will open at 6:00pm.

Pupils should go be at school between 5:45pm and 6:00pm on Wednesday evening and should go directly to their classrooms.

Parking

As you know, parking is limited and can be difficult, particularly in the evenings; because of this, Orritor Presbyterian have kindly agreed to allow parking at the church – please take care as you walk down.

Toddlers

If you are bringing a younger sibling and they are unsettled, please feel free to take them out of the hall into the corridors to ensure the pupils can be heard.

Raffle

The PSG have organised a raffle for both performances; tickets can be purchased on your way into the events at a cost of £1 per strip.

Donations

There will be a donation bucket at the door if you would like to donate to school funds.

Exiting

After the evening performance finishes, pupils will be brought back to their classes and then parents/guardians will be allowed to go and collect them from their rooms.  Any parents/guardians who are not attending the evening performance should go to the front door to go and collect their children.

Costumes

P4-7 pupils should arrive at school on Wednesday night in their costumes.  P1-3 pupils will be changed in school.
